A story that brought this initiative to life
One elderly woman, who lives alone, narrated how one day she fell ill. As she was walking more than 5 kilometers to the health facility to access medical services, she fainted along the way. If it had not been for the help of a good Samaritan, she wonders what her fate might have been that day.Some of the most at-risk community members are being given medical cards to access free medical services at our established rural community health provision center, under a project funded by The Pollination Project Foundation.
